Monica Manthey

As a lifelong advocate and supporter of the Armed Forces service members, community outreach, particularly with Veterans, has been important to Monica whose small business focused on serving the VA and delivering faster care to Veterans.  Since living in Annapolis, she has volunteered washing headstones at the Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, placed flags for Veteran’s Day, and participated in local fundraising activities.   Monica is a contract furniture industry Federal Government Account Manager who is involved with the SAME (Society of American Military Engineers) DC Post and is also a member of the VFW local post.  She enjoys staying fit through exercise, outdoor activities, and playing golf, and socializing with new friends in her Hunt Meadow home.

Janet Katz

Connecting and contributing to her community has and continues to be important to Janet as demonstrated by her past volunteer work as a literacy tutor for an English as a second language student, teaching first grade religion in Cape St. Claire, serving as Secretary of the Truxton Heights Residents’ Association, supporting Maryland Hall, participating in a women’s bible study group at St. Mary’s Church, enlisting as a water quality tester, and continuing to foster oyster spat.   Janet’s goal for Annapolis is for balance to be achieved through greater representation of Republican voices advocating fiscal responsibility, committing to public safety, and reducing local government overreach.

Kecia Pettey

Kecia is a patriot who believes in freedom and the endless opportunities our country was founded upon.  She is optimistic that Annapolitans will see the need for preserving American values and consider new perspectives. While Kecia is excited to seek and assist Republican candidates, she is hopeful that her efforts and voice will be impactful along the way.  She looks forward to encouraging folks to support the Republican party in Annapolis.

Mary Beth Chipkevich

Mary Beth believes in the power of prayer and that helping people is largely the responsibility of individual people and privately funded organizations rather than the responsibility of the government and its seemingly endless expansion of taxpayer funded programs.  She considers it vital that Maryland state, county, and local election boards adopt different methods and means in order to improve election integrity.  She favors local, state, and federal governance that is under God, limited, constitutionally adherent, and fiscally responsible.
